Portsmouth is a great place to live and work. Famous for its naval heritage and steeped in history, it is now a vibrant and cosmopolitan city with three main shopping centres, great place to eat, museums, galleries and nightlife.
Surrounded by the sea, yet with the stunning countryside including the beautiful South Downs National Park just up the road, it’s a great place to live. It’s also just 90 minutes by car from London (and will soon be even quicker), 20 minutes from an international airport and has great connections to France and Spain by ferry
The area has great schools and a selection of housing stock to suit every taste and budget - and house prices are still significantly lower than other South Coast neighbours.
