Trio will help agency keep its five star rating

The New Year sees three new team members at Town and Country Southern estate agents, and its fellow brand Fine and Country Southern Hampshire, in Drayton.

Business owner Colin Shairp says the three recruits have been essential to bolster an estate agency that constantly gets top ratings on the Allagents website where clients can comment on service received during the buying, selling, and letting of properties.

“Getting a consistently good rating is important because potential clients often attach importance to what they discover about you online,” explains Colin.

“But equally important is the reassurance that the team is performing well and to get five star ratings for both my agencies after a very high number of reviews demonstrates to me that we are getting things right.

“Comments such as those pointing out that my staff rescued a transaction for someone buying through us when their selling agent wasn’t performing illustrate clearly what a good estate should do – move heaven and earth to make sure a transaction completes even when it means picking up the ball to cover someone else’s failure.

“When choosing my three new recruits to work alongside my existing support team of Hilary Landey and Claire Ray I took my time to make sure I made the right choices.

“As a result, Oliver Pescott, Robert Graham, and Lara Faber-Johnson are bringing their skills to the team. Both Ollie and Robert have worked in local estate agency already while Lara is starting her career in the industry although she had work experience with a prestigious agency over several years before taking a role as a client relationship manager which will stand he in good stead in her new career.

“All three are already proving themselves invaluable members of the team, meaning 2018 will be off to a great start!”
